Meet Mark S.
I started my Bright Line Eating journey on February 18, 2020. In just under 10 months, I have released 32 pounds*. I am only 11 pounds from my goal weight. I went from a size-XL shirt to a medium. I was busting out of my 38-inch waist pants, and now I wear a 31-inch waist.
Before BLE, I was a type 2 diabetic with an A1C of 11.5, and my cholesterol was between 260 and 280. Now my A1C is 6.0 and my cholesterol is 114. I’m totally off cholesterol meds. At one point, my triglycerides were over 1,200, and they are now 93!
During my last visit with my doctor, he had to step out of the room because he was so emotional. He came back into the room and told me I just added at least 10 to 15 more years onto my life.
I have a 17-month-old granddaughter named Ina. She, along with my beautiful wife and children, was my inspiration to lose weight and become healthy again for the first time since my early 20s (I am now 51).
Now I have so much energy and hope, and I sleep like a baby! Bright Line Eating has become simply a way of life for me. “Thank you” seems inadequate to express my gratitude to Dr. Susan Peirce Thompson and the whole Bright Line Eating team and family!
