The Weekly Vlog

Flux

A little while ago, I recorded a Vlog about Ari Whitten’s amazing new book, Eat For Energy. As part of the release festivities, I interviewed Ari for about an hour and we put out a link to the interview for anyone who bought the book. I asked him a question during our interview that is incredibly important for the BLE community, and his answer was so helpful that I knew I’d eventually discuss it in a Vlog. Watch to hear my thoughts.

Hi Susan!:) I love your vlogs!!!💗💗😁 okay so I grew up doing gymnastics and dance and I do have a habit of stretching and flexing my muscles throughout the day. I think it’s an amazing habit that has served me really well especially when I don’t get to the gym. I can get addicted to exercise as well. #hoping I’m not crazy!:)lol

When you decrease your calories that low your body thinks you are starving. You need enough calories to support your BMR.
Fidgeting can burn a lot of calories.
