The Weekly Vlog

Relapse Prevention

I just had the privilege of doing something really exciting—I traveled to England to attend the first-ever international conference on food addiction. How cool is that? Watch this week’s Vlog to hear all about it.

I’m excited to try this notecard strategy!!

I just want to say how fabulous it is to know someone who goes to a conference, enjoys it to the hilt and comes back with sound ways to make change for the better and ACTUALLY does them. Bravo Susan!!

I will let you know how this goes.

    Thanks a million friend!!

This is very interesting and helpful. I was recently in England for two weeks on a tour. On a dinner cruise on the Thames River I was assaulted by a drunken stranger who shoved me backwards over a railing and broke one of my ribs. Fortunately a bystander got him off me before I could fall into the river. Following this trauma, my Bright Lines went to pieces for a few days. I still managed to eat gluten-free, since I have celiac disease, but I just couldn’t cope with the rest of it. When I got home last week I got control of my eating, and after a week of resting and healing I’m happy to report that my Bright Lines are back in place.
