The Weekly Vlog

Meal Times and Your Circadian Rhythm

I’m so excited to announce that my dear friend, Ari Whitten, has published an amazing new book. It’s called Eat for Energy: How to Beat Fatigue, Supercharge Your Mitochondria, and Unlock All-Day Energy. In this week’s Vlog, I’m going to share with you what he discusses in chapter 2, which is all about the science of how the food you eat (and WHEN you eat it) affects your circadian rhythm.

I have tried to send confirmation of the book purchase as directed in the vlog to eatforenergy@brightlineeating.com and can not see where to paste the proof of purchase. Is this an email address, as I tried to send and it bounced back saying not able to send as this is not a valid email address. Also tried to send in web browser and only get the vlog with no place to attach purchase validation. Please advise. Thanks for all the support.
