I loved this vlog! As a 5+ year veteran of BLE who works with new members, I have also gained this same perspective and not felt entirely comfortable telling them that it is ok. In the future I will point them to this valuable vlog. Thanks so much.

Could you please send some of that cold weather to Florida. It is 80 degrees today. Too early to be this hot.
So it is saying I can eat that cause I am going to the gym. Veggie trays usually have dip.

Thanks so much – I have made a plan from the link provided
Gentle proteins like eggs and yoghurt
Easy digestible grains like potatoes, oatmeal, rice
        Fruits like bananas, apples
        Broths – I like bone broth home-made
No sugar and flour foods for self-comfort
Plenty of fluids – I drink warm water and lots of it
        No snacking between meals
Don’t force self to finish any food
