    OMG, Susan! I can’t wait for the book to arrive! I pre-ordered several weeks ago. I would have pre-ordered several years ago if it had been possible! This is exactly what I need to reboot my BLE program.     So much fun to hear about your childhood cooking–me too! I was baking bread and planning a week’s meals when I was 8. My mom and I enjoyed cooking together, and she loved me cooking for her, too. So many sweet memories –yours and mine both. Thank you. It was an honor to submit recipes for the cookbook–I still love cooking, and really enjoy developing new recipes that are both nutritarian and Bright Line compliant!

    So excited for October 22!!! I actually jumped ahead your vlog and she’s bought the book. However, I am in Germany and for that reason preordered it from a German book store … which of course is not on your bonus list.

    I once spent the better part of a day researching why books are always published on Tuesdays! Surprisingly a definitive answer is nowhere to be found! I did learn that the “Super Tuesday” concept also applies to the release dates of movies, music, and games. There are three prevalent theories about “Why Tuesday?”: (1) it maximizes the amount of time a book has to get onto the NY Times Best Seller list each week, (2) it is typically the slowest shopping day, and (3) is the best day for shipping to stores to allow time to stock the shelves before the weekend. 🙄 Whatever the reason, I’m thrilled that my pre-ordered copy will be in my hands on 10/24, and I’m enjoying the cool pre-order bonuses! You and BLE have given me the structure and science I needed to change my life; today is Day 135 and I weigh 58 pounds less than I did before the 14-day Food Challenge.

    So, I’m a bit worried because I do know how to cook and what to do with vegetables. It sounds like this book is for beginners who don’t know how to cook. Is that true? Is there something in this book for someone who is an experienced cook?

    Oh my days!
    I thought I’d have to wait until the middle of October when I’ll be away on holiday for this. I was beyond help frankly; depressed, lines not broken but shattered. You’ve just saved my life with the pdf. I’ve not been able to get my head round cooking for my meat eating daughter, my vegan husband and my overweight omnivore a55 . This seems to be BLE cooking by numbers and has literally brought me back from bingeing despair hell. I now have a practical manual taking me to the light at the end of the tunnel where before I’d had no energy to think beyond brushing my teeth. Even that had lapsed in the fog. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. My mood has suddenly lifted to hope again. I can’t wait to get the real deal in the kitchen!!

    I’m so happy to hear that you’ve included the audio book as a bonus! My mom’s eyesight is progressively worsening (macular degeneration), and she loves to read, so she is finding audio books to be really helpful for her. And this way we can listen together! I can’t thank you enough, Susan – really excited to get going with this! It’s all new to me – this is the very first video of yours I’ve ever watched but the science behind your methods makes a lot of sense to me already…and you have a way about you that is so engaging, it’s like listening to a really knowledgeable, helpful friend.
