On the video that is on the reboot/rezoom facebook public page, she said it will be $479. but first we can join the Reboot/Rezoom facebook group and you will get several free videos with basically the whole outline of info, then you have the option to join the class to dive deeper. Personally i am so stoked to get as much support and info for longterm maintenance as we got in bootcamp for initial weight loss.

So glad to hear about the cookbook coming out but confused as to how these people are basically stealing Susan’s work! Some of the books look exactly like her BLE book, even using the same color and font! How is that possible? And amazon bundles them together so the customer thinks it’s the same thing! Sorry for the rant but I can’t believe people are cashing in on Susan’s hard work and Amazon or whoever is doing nothing about it. It’s disgraceful. I guess the lesson here is if it doesn’t say Susan Pierce Thompson on it, don’t buy it! As always thank you so much Dr Susan for all you do and I can definitely relate to the rezoom / relapse cycle. Thank you for pointing out that it’s really just part of life and can apply to everything. I feel like now I won’t have to be so hard on myself when I miss my workout or whatever I try to do on a daiLy basis.

Susan, I appreciate that you acknowledge change as part of being human. It takes the guilt out of the occasional relapse, and is encouraging to rezoom. A quote from a book by C. S. Lewis, The Screwtape Letters, speaking of humans, “…they inhabit TIME. …..(the)y are in continual change, for to be in TIME means to change. Their nearest approach to constancy, therefore, is undulation-the repeated return to a level from which they repeatedly fall back, a series of troughs and peaks.” My visual, when I read this, was of a swimmer doing the butterfly stroke, being propelled with the undulating legs. Change propels us through TIME, through LIFE.
I look forward to your new program.

I went Vegan/Vegetarian a few years ago but I remember the delightful taste of cheese and salami. I would wrap the salami around the cheese. So I understand the lure
of it’s deliciousness. What I do not understand is how anyone can consume enough calories to go from size 4 to size 24 in three months.

      Oh Stephanie…
That is an easy thing to do for a LOT of us! No offense meant…but some of us have hormonal things we either induce or are under the influence of…we’re tinier in a “not tall” way, we’re increasingly torpid as the weight and shame piles on…and as the stress and shame build up-all this multiplies! I am one of those “lucky” as in HAHA…riiiiight ones-who ate very healthy and well during pregnancy and kept LOOSING WEIGHT…thirty pounds of it just fell off-both times…all back on in THREE WEEKS of breastfeeding round the clock and watching my intake…
It is very easy for me to end up in the shame and isolation stage over and over and over again as the deck sometimes seems just way too stacked! One of the reasons I try NOT to be attached to a “right sized body” as much as a body that gets me around without too many complaints.
I have learned SO much from Susans website, book and vlogs…love who she turns us on to as well…just had an amazing journey through I-Thrive with Jon McMohan (Sp?) There is sooo much to all of this-but yes-it is VERY easy for some of us to consume enough calories and then some. Bless us all-the rezoomers and the relapsers both!

Thank you so much, Dr Susan, for using your life challenges and experiences to be such a blessing to so many people! What a huge use of negative experience and struggles! I know the satisfaction you receive is the blessing returned!
Thank you so much Kathryn for your quote from CS Lewis!
Just be careful about cinnamon, please. The most common type is toxic in >1 tsp/day. Ceylon cinnamon is much less common and thus more expensive, but it is not toxic.

I lost 80lbs using BLE Mar-Sep 2018. Ive gained 50 back in last 2 months. I believe BLE is the path to success. I fully intend to resume (rezoom). Would you address (again?) Body image issues. I feel what knocked be off my bright lines was that I didnt know myself thinner. I was not prepared for the loose skin and significant muscle loss. I had a “bag of bones” feeling which I assume would resolve itself over time but it threw me and I became conflicted. Then breaking bright lines became an everyday thing. I plan to add muscle gain/retain workouts – pushups, squats, dead lifting as I clean up my bright lines. The negative feelings about my thinner body along with all the positive stuff – which far outweighed the negative, was alarming, disorienting. Im doing what I can to learn from it.

I agree that the new slimness of my body is a bit disconcerting at times. I have some issues to deal with there, I think. I’ll consider it ifor a few days. I love the program .

Thank you for deciding to create a cookbook!!! I watched your vlog explaining the concept of de-emphasizing food itself and how that was one reason to not have a cookbook. That message was so spot-on and inspired me to take food off from front-and-center-stage in my life. That fueled a super simple but very significant attitude adjustment for me and has helped me sustain changes to how I’m eating. All that said, I’m reeeeeally excited about a cookbook to aid me as I continue this journey. Can’t wait.

I am also looking forward to the cookbook , keep us posted when it is for sale. Vlog is a good one but just a bit too wordy for me, I know you are helping many of us and I can only participate in the free stuff but appreciate that you do have free vlogs. Retired, strick budget ya da ya da ya da. When I follow your plan I always loose, then I stay stable and then follow the plan and loose so I am loosing and not gaining but am very slow. Giving up sugar and flour is the answer for me . You look fabulous

I do not do Facebook , nor do I want to join just to listen to the Rezoom videos. How about letting those of us who do not participate with social media have access to the videos talked about in this Vlog?

Thank you, I do not do Facebook either and am sad that BLE as a program for food addiction is putting so much trust in a company that profits from digital addiction .

I also do not use Facebook and do not want to join a social media platform for several personal and professional reasons. What alternative modalities might be used to present this important content? Dr. Pierce Thompson’s research, program, and approach to managing food, weight, and consequently overall health is a message too vital to restrict to only those who use social media. Thank you.

I am new to ALL of this! I am reading the e-mails that come my way, have watched your free videos. I have battled my weight my entire life, so what you are saying is making sense to me. I am also an addiction counselor, so I really understand the neurobiology aspect of eating. I am by nature a cautious person, so I will be watching, reading, and learning from you all before I commit to anything. I plan on purchasing Dr. Pierce’s initial book as well to gain more knowledge. Thank you for all you do.
